BTW this is my third bought in about two years – all in excellent shape and being used simultaneously. Three? I guess that proes I like them. BTW, I used to have great vision, but am now at the upper end of legally blind. I easily put this thing together by myself, despite my limtation. I have them on a shelf to the right of my office desk for easy accesses. Anyone seeking convenience or vision assistance will enjoy this system over a traditional file cabinet. No drawers to open and close. A traditional file cabinet is either packed too tight with dozens or hundred little labels or if fortunate enough to not be tight, what you are looking for can be pushed forward or back. But with this wooden file organizer, if you put , for instance, your utility bills in the second slot, they are always exactly in the SAME spot. You can also put LARGE labels on the wooden fie separators – provides great convenience for low vision and normal vision alike. Really easy access! Note: This review was written by someone whose vision is so bad,, they need sight assist software to write the review. Another comparison: I like small portable plastic file boxes that I can put on my lap, but these miidsize wooden cabinets that I put on a shelf are a few steps better!
