Gaming on a GMMK v1 keyboard with the wooden wrist rest started destroying my hands, so I went looking for a solution. This product was highly-rated so I gave it a go for a month.Pros: “Infinitely adjustable,” environmentally friendlyCons: hard to adjust for firm motionsAt the end of the experience this product was definitely better than a solid piece of wood, but I ran into a problem: while gaming, sometimes while reaching for keys above WASD I would press down with my wrist/arm more than normal. This means I had one of two poor choices – leave the wrist rest somewhat loose and press through it to the desk below, or plump it up enough to not sag and leave my hand at an awkward angle.It did work quite fine for light to moderate typing between gaming sessions, so if that’s your “pain point” this product just might fit your niche.
