Well, my office decided to get these just for the heck of it even though no one thought we would need it. What can I say, it works well. It shipped very quickly to our office and the install was simple. All you do is just peel a sticker and attach it to your phone. You actually stop having to crunch your neck against your shoulder which is nice. Although it is bulky I find myself still holding the phone once in awhile. I don’t think I’m used to it yet but I can tell that when I’m typing and talking I don’t shrug my shoulders like I used to.

I wouldn’t be without this shoulder rest. I’ve attached mine to my Panasonic KX-TS500B phone handset. It prevents me from scrunching my neck to my ear, which once in a while is fine, but over and over is quite painful. It was easy to install. I positioned it in place where I wanted it to rest on my shoulder before removing the adhesive and sticking it to the handset. I’ve also had this for lots of years and the adhesive has held up great.

Definitely a good buy for anyone that spends a lot of time on the phone at work, but hates the hassle of a headset. Product is very lightweight and helps with stiff necks and shoulder pain. Unfortunately, it is very stinky when you open the package; smells of cheap plastic for a couple of weeks.
