   I have a behemoth of a multi-function laser printer with all the whistles and bells, and all of the size and weight as well. I needed a heavy duty table that could withstand the monster, and this looked like the only one that could do the job at a fair price.The husband and I didn’t have problems understanding the assembly instructions because we took everything out, compared pictures carefully, and set up each piece in the order that the instructions called for. Everything was there, and we even had extra screws. No, we didn’t forget any. We counted what the instructions called for, versus what we had, and we still had extras. So anyone who didn’t get enough screws, guess who did? 😉 Anyway, the fit is really tight for some of the screws, and my husband did some creative cussing about banged up fingers, difficult access and the like. Otherwise, the assembly was far easier than we expected. We had it up and in use in 30 minutes, and couldn’t be happier with it.This is a solid piece of office furniture. The behemoth fits on it perfectly, and even with some room to spare. When the behemoth goes into action to print, the table holds rock steady and doesn’t make a peep or move at all. The shelves below are deep and sufficiently wide enough to hold our necessary printer supplies, like toner and several reams of paper, along with some of my spare college necessities, too. We really like the document file to the side. It’s not so deep that it’s wider than the table top, but it’s wide enough for holding things like the instruction manual/warranty info for our laser printer, along with a file folder for things we don’t want to forget to copy, or important paperwork we’ve printed up that we’ll need in the immediate future, like documents to take to a meeting, or tickets we bought online for upcoming events.I probably could have found a cheaper table, or one that might have been easier to assemble (but maybe not–these days none of them seem to go together easily), but this table met all of our needs, it’s made of good materials, it looks professional, and it just seems like it will last a long time. I was willing to pay a little extra for all of that.

   I have put together many products but NEVER experienced having such an absolutely ridiculous set of instructions. This was compounded by the fact the inserts for the wheels on one side had been put in upside down, were molded and could not be removed and exchanged. However do not let this keep you away from a good product.I contacted the manufacture directly (and watch the number there is a fake site using close to the same name but the number is not the actual manufacture). Once I had the correct number I got an almost immediate response. They make their customer service reps actually assemble their products before they go to the phones. That I how I know the wheel inserts were upside down and not a mistake I made because of the way the screws set. They immediately sent replacement inserts which it took me all of 2 minutes to insert and secure with apologies. She also told me they were aware and producing a new set of instructions with actual words.The stand is really secure. I needed something to hold and if necessary roll around a printer securely (as in not tip over) that weighs about 75 plus lbs with toner.Once assembled it is a great addition to the home office. It looks professional. The metal is made to hold weight. The casters are really large and can handle the weight.As I stated just be sure you do have another person to hold the parts together while you screw together (do not even try without a power driver). Simply stated you need three not two hands.The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating was because of the “instructions” No words just confusing arrows and no sequence at all.

   This is a great, utilitarian printer cart. It has a nice wide top surface, which is great because we have a huge Lexmark C510 color laser printer and will probably upgrade to another space-hogging printer in the future. The top seems to be some kind of MDF (medium-density fiberboard) covered with a black formica. The sides, back, shelves and pocket are all black metal. The legs/frame pieces are also metal. The wheels are well made and seem to be soft enough that they are not scratching our hard wood floors. Overall, it looks nice and seems to be very sturdy. The only con is the assembly. The instructions are not clear at all and have almost no text. The pictures could be better. The assembly is not horribly complicated, and we did figure it out with some trial and error, but it would have been nice to have better directions and pieces that were somehow marked to show where they matched up. Because there are a limited number of pieces, it wasn’t too hard to figure out. You definitely need a phillips screwdriver, and I would recommend using two people to assemble it. One problem we had was that the screws were so close to other pieces that it was hard to get your hand in there and get enough pressure on the screwdriver to really get the screws tight. There’s probably a special screwdriver made just for this purpose, but we don’t own it. I still gave the cart 5 stars, because I am very happy with it, and the assembly issues were just minor annoyances.
