I like this Bible bag–it holds my Bible well, with plenty of room to add a notebook and pen and even room for my smallish tablet. I prefer a shoulder bag to carry to church and this one fills the bill. It’s a thick felt material with a separate hard board to fit into the bottom of the bag to square it. The messenger bag style is held closed with magnetic snaps and the writing is embroidered into the felt so it won’t wear or flake off.The shoulder strap is sewn into the bag, unfortunately. I would have preferred to be able to change the strap to one of my woven ones, but it’s not possible with this bag. However, the PU strap that comes with the bag is adjustable and can easily be long enough for a crossbody, or short for a standard shoulder strap.The price is very good for the quality of the bag. It was a good buy!

Thick felt. Stitching on outside – seems appropriate. Flat bottom. Two snaps hold the top closed.The principle cavity is 9-1/2″ long, 2-1/4″ wide, and 7-1/4″ deep. I put in my MacArthur Study Bible (9-1/2″ long, 1-7/8″ wide, and 7″ deep) – fit easily.There are two interior pockets – more like sectioned off portions that would hold church bulletins, notebook or journal, and the like. Exterior zippered pocket – same concept … small but functional.Overall, very nice. Needed one for the MacA Bible.Oh, production description read, “The adjustable leather straps …” Should be, “The adjustable PU leather straps …” There. Fixed it for you. You’re welcome.
