I’m on the computer with a mouse about 6 hours a day, typing a lot and scrolling. I ordered this pad to see if it would help with a tendon problem I am having in my elbow.My doctor suggested something like this to keep my elbow straight, lessen the tension from side to side movements, and lift my arm off of the cold desk. I do have to also use a soft cloth folded a couple of times to pad my elbow and bring it up to the level my wrist is at with the pad, but after only a few days, I believe it is helping.The mouse pad is very soft and smooth and my wireless mouse just glides across it with very little effort, my hand doesn’t have to place any pressure on the mouse at all.The covering of the pad is also warm to the touch and my wrist moves easily on the soft surface and just naturally fell into a comfy position the first time I used it.I like this pad very much. I’m will probably pay for another one so that I have a backup.

This product arrived without any instructions or any obvious way to remove the protective covering on the tacky base. Once I figured out how to remove the covering (it took sharp tools) the mouse pad clung nicely to my tabletop. When I placed the pad flat on my tabletop, though, I found the wrist rest to be much too high. I adjusted the height of the wrist rest by moving the mouse pad so that the cushion dangled over the edge of the table. With this adjustment I could fine tune the effective height of the wrist rest to a comfortable position.

I want to first start this review by saying I received this item for free but that this does not affect my review or opinion of the item.I wanted a nice pink mouse pad to go with my new ergonomic mouse. I also wanted a wrist rest to go with that setup. This mouse pad solved both of those wishes.I love that this mouse pad is pink, and the wrist support is quite nice compared to others I’ve tried. The mouse pad also has an anti slip surface to prevent it from sliding around.Overall I can definitely recommend this mousepad.
