Box was as described and worked as anticipated. I am about to order my 3rd since 2020. They have a nice build quality but do eventually need to be replaced. A reviewer complained about hanging issues, using hooks. I mounted mine into wood using a flat head wood screws large enough to not slip through the mounting slots and had ZERO issues (I’ve never had good luck with any double sided mounting tape, so bonestly didn’t even attempt it. Again using screws worked perfectly, this is my recommendation for a solid long lasting install.
