I do see the draw and value of these kinds of mouse pads — the traditional ones truly are limiting and can hurt & strain after long term use; even if you get used to it. My only other mouse pad of this kind was a bit different as there was a large cushion at the bottom to rest your wrist; whereas this one is sloped (essentially putting the cushion to rest in the middle rather than closer to the body). But it worked out well and did provide comfort needed for using a mouse.I don’t know if the “1.2°” sloping angle is the necessary angle — it was fine for me as an adult, but I wonder how well it works for a juvenile — but I found it optimal. I was able to rest the base of my wrist well, and it provided enough of a curve to be able to still move the mouse well.I don’t know if the texture (“bulges”) is all that needed or helpful on the side closest to the body, but it felt very well cushioned and padded for support. I immediately noticed the heft to this mousepad in comparison to others — so that should say/show the quality of the cushions in this mousepad. The size could definitely be better though. I use a small, pocket travel-sized mouse, and my hands aren’t big, but I think because of the footprint of the “bulges” the space given for the mouse to be able to move around on the pad needs to be given more. The material was fairly smooth, but you can tell was very artificial and probably could still be better quality. It did fulfill its claim that it is non-slip as the mousepad did not slip with my use; but I imagine all mousepads should be doing this and that’s the bare minimum. All in all though, it helps and worked out very well!

I needed a mouse pad for work and this was so comfortable to use. My wrist doesn’t hurt and super comfortable.

This is fantastic! I’ve been looking for wrist braces that would give me enough mobility to still use my trackball, and have been unsuccessful so far. But then I found this. I’ve been using it for a couple weeks (without any other wrist support), and the pain in my wrist has nearly vanished! It puts my hand at just the right angle.
