I was happy to find these little shelves and was even more pleased that the two pieces may be arranged differently. I have about a dozen books I want by my desk. However, they were taking up my desk, which felt too cluttered. I got these little shelves, and they provided the extra space I desperately needed. They are versatile: big enough to hold my dozen books and even some of my trinkets. I like them. They also don’t take over all my desk so it looks more organized. There were no missing parts. The box they came in had all the necessary parts to assemble them and included a small screwdriver. I did have to take it apart a couple of times because the holes have indentations where the screw head will go, so watch out for those. Otherwise, the screws will stick out. They seem to be well-built, but time will tell. The color blends well with the rest of my desk. I wanted white, but I’m glad I went with the brown colored instead. I recommend them.
