I bought this since I have to walk to church and I didn’t want my bible study materials and my NIV bible to get damaged. I use this bag and it’s done it’s keep. No water inside when it rains, holds all my materials in it, even holds stuff from my purse/backpack and phones so I don’t lose or damage them. If you are highly involved with your church, this is a must.

This Bible bag holds quite a bit. It has space for a larger sized Bible (my daughter even managed to cram a regular sized folder in it), pens/pencils, and so much more. The pen/pencil holder in the middle is removable with Velcro. There are several mesh pockets too. (While definitely nice to see what’s in them, we’ll see how long the mesh holds up…) The zippers zip well and smoothly. The material colors are bright and pretty and looks like it would easily clean with a damp cloth (it’s slightly slippery).The strap is attached to one side of the case on one end and the opposite side of the case on the other end. I’m not sure why. It feels kind of weird to me and makes thing slightly tricky to unzip but not necessarily a deal breaker.Overall, this is a great way to hold a Bible and all sorts of extras for note taking, journaling, Bible study materials, etc. Makes it all much easier to take from place to place.
