This is the right stand for a collector’s item or a real trophy book. They don’t come any better. I use it to display my own book, Getting Out of Saigon, in the Columbia University Alumni Welcome Center. If you’re in New York stop by 622 West 113th Street and see what this stand was made for. One note of caution, the thickest book that will fit on this stand is 1 inch. Over that dimension and you’ll need another solution. It would be great if they made a larger size stand to accommodate thicker books.

Functionality: Perfect for holding my A5 planner upright on my desk so that it is easily accessible and readable at all times – a helpful tool for someone who struggles to remember daily tasks and events.Design: Modern, small, unassuming. A nice, cooler walnut color as compared to the super red walnut tones. Exactly what I was looking for.Price: I didn’t think it was too expensive for what it is, but if you’re on a budget, there are definitely more inexpensive stands available that work just as well.Not adjustable whatsoever which is accurate to the description.I would say the only flaw if I am really nitpicking is that there were a couple of really small chips or scratches/scuffs. My planner covers them so I actually forgot they were even there until I decided to look it over for this review. Nonetheless, that’s the only reason I guess I wouldn’t give it 5 stars.Overall, I’ve been extremely happy with this purchase. I’ve been using it for a while now and I have no complaints.(Planner is the Paper Republic 2025 “Week & Notes Planner” in size [xl] which is basically an A5)
