This has saved my back. I saw a lot of reviews about it being difficult to take out the temperature pack, but I’ve never had an issue. I love it, and it keeps my back from hurting after a long work day. The lumbar support is ok, but not great. To be honest, I haven’t even been bothered by that, as the ability to keep ice on my back has been so wonderful.

Alright, I got this back support thing a couple days ago but today was the first day I used it at work. I heated up the pack for a minute straight (I don’t recommend that, do 20 second intervals like the instructions say) and I put the pack in the cushion and man. I’ve been at work in a cold office for six hours and it’s stayed relatively toasty. Additionally, when I stand up from my desk I have noticeably better posture and my back feels amazing. It’s only been one night so I have no idea if this will last but I’m happy as hell right now. I’m giving it four stars because the strap is basically useless because it doesn’t fit all chairs and even when it does it’s not that great. But it’s a good product for the money and it really has eased my neck and back pain considerably. I’m 21 by the way, 5’2”, 140 lbs (also a girl… this isn’t my account). Hope this helped

This unit works well and is a great buy. It was as described and it is easy to heat, reheat or freeze the included pad. Comfort is good and the build quality is excellent.
