My scout wanted a different book because they had the same one as all the other kids and it kept getting mixed up and they wanted more pocket space. This one fit all the criteria plus it has a handle for carrying, which has helped immensely with not losing it! With the handle, my kiddo is significantly more likely to carry it or hang it on something sensible rather than leaving it on the floor in some weird corner.
