This was a gift for my daughter and she loves it. It was much higher quality than I expected. She hasn’t had it for long, so I am unsure how it will hold up to use by an elementary schooler, but first impression is great! I did order a size too big as I didn’t have her Bible with me when I ordered, but it still works to carry it and protect it.

We bought this as a Christmas gift for our daughter. Her Bible did not fit into it because the Bible was smaller than we thought. She traded the case with one my wife had, but after a couple weeks, she wanted her case back. She loves it! My wife likes it so much that she ordered her own with a different pattern! My Concordia Study Bible fits in the Large size cover with a bit of room to spare. Very well made. The zipper pull needs to be a bit longer as it disappears when the Bible is opened out flat.. But I was able to fix the problem after a trip to Hobby Lobby and purchasing some jump rings and a pretty small cross. Otherwise the zipper performs well. The cover is attractive and well made. I appreciate the symbolic meaning of the butterfly among Christians, and the special Bible verse. A very pretty cover!

I received the Bible cover today and I was kind of unsure of what u was getting due to the 1star ratings (I alway go directly to the 1stars)…However, I chose and received the correct size Large…my Bible fits nicely… I attached pictures of my Bible cover and my Bible…the back of the cover has a Scripture and an opening (no closure)… Inside has two pen and/or highlighter slots…I purchased this cover with my own funds and I did 3 days of research before I chose this particular cover… Its not leather (why would leather be $15?) for my size Bible 6.5 x 1.4 x 9.7″ I have room for a journal…but I do not recommend an overload of items to carry in this cover (it is a bible cover not a bible tote)I will update if anything negative occurs to the Bible cover…
