The description for this laptop specifies ‘kids’ as well as adults. I will emphasize the “Kids” part of the description… younger kids… because they can be satisfied with quality that adults disapprove of. This stand is plastic. It’s not really sturdy, especially if you have a larger laptop. My light-weight Apple Air 15″ makes the stand ‘tippy’, and it’s not stable nor comfortable to do any extensive keyboarding on it. The Wife uses this stand in the kitchen for her laptop. She reads recipes and likes it because she can clean the stand easily under the faucet when she finishes meal preparation. If you have a need for a lightweight, easily-cleaned stand, this might fill the bill. But it’s not stable or portable enough for everyday use.

I bought this item for my diamond art projects. I had been doing them on the table and bending my head the whole time, which was usually several hours. My neck was killing me. I looked at other such items on Amazon that were more expensive and then found this one for kids. It works great for me, and it was a great price

I got this product for both of my kids because they use the computer quite a bit. Unfortunately they haven’t used it very much. It is too tall in the lap and does not adjust. I would not recommend it.
