I keep a journal to help me remember the information I want to use in the future. Some lists, like my fountain pen and ink pairings, I use regularly, so I mark the page with these bookmarks. The pages in my journal are 52 gsm Tomoe River, and the bookmarks grab the page firmly but not so firmly that they severely deform it.While these clips may seem expensive, they’re a much better buy than the bookmark clips sold by a well-known stationery company.I will definitely be buying these again for gifts and personal use.

They are bigger than expected, I had something totally different in mind. Either way I like them and they serve a purpose. I use them to book mark my pages.

These are heavier than I expected and don’t really grip the paper in my journal. They’re very nice though but probably more suited to files, thicker paper, or even as paper clips rather than using them as index tabs. Actually – they’re quite funky as paper clips, just not what I expected.

If you are wanting to use these for thin paper it will not work. These are heavy duty, should last a long time, are suited to Manila folders and the like.

I got a pack of these brass label tabs to try them out and loved them so much, I bought two more and will probably buy more in the future! I’ve used them for paper and leather folders so far and they work really well. They’re sturdy for little metal clips and the card stock label cutouts are nice with a bunch of extras to change them out. I just wish these came in different colors (e.g., silver, black).
