I originally left a bad review because I couldn’t get the backing off the book cloth.It turns out that the paper backing on book cloth is not there to cover adhesive. It’s supposed to be put on the book to re-enforce the fabric and you put the glue on it and then put it on the book.I’ve watched several YouTube videos about making book cloth and they explained it and why they were adding paper backing in every video.Knowing that, I used PVA glue and it went on just fine. It isn’t bulky and it looks great.It would have helped to have instructions explaining that you don’t remove the paper backing. As it stands, I’m now very glad I bought this. I like it much better than book cloth tape and it’s easy to control so you don’t get any bumps, which book cloth tape is not.Minus 1 start for no-instructions telling you to glue the paper backing on book cloth to the book, and don’t try take it off – as an industry standard. There’s no adhesive for you.
