These sublimate great. I did both sides at the same time. Center bookmark between both sides of your sublimation image and then add heat tape. The tape will only be on Sub paper front and back of marker. I used 360 degrees for 50 seconds, med pressure and the heat was enough to go thru and sublimate both sides at once. I do not have a clam shell press, I used my cricut easy press. Do not turn over to heat the other side. Both sides will be done beautifully, just by pressing on one side. Wait a bit before handling. I did not get any bending or warping as stating in some of the other reviews. I just got beautiful bookmarkers. I do wish they were a little thicker but still nice. I might even glue 2 together for thicker markers, but have not done that yet. Mine turned out great, no throw aways.
