I fold the corners of pages when I read. I saw these and thought I’d give them a try and save my book pages. They work by clipping onto the book and allowing you to turn pages and they continually mark where you’re at. They did do that but I found when I was at the beginning of a book, I couldn’t clip it to the back because it would be too thick to function. I had to end up clipping a section of pages and then it would work or clip to the front until you get to a certain point and move it to the back. You also have to place it out of the way enough so as not to cover any words on the pages but not too high where it falls off and sometimes that would make it less stable. I also stop sometimes on the left page and sometimes on the right. I would normally fold the page I specifically stopped on but this just opens to the 2 pages where you left off- not a huge deal but I’m adjusting. Overall, they are clever and a great way to keep your bookmark attached to your book and your page marked but not so great that I may not go back to my page folding method.
