Fit the full keyboard length nicely but didn’t have any grips on it and found it to slide on my desk. Also felt as though the angle of tilt was not as high as I wanted it to be

If you’re nostalgic like me (I was born two months before the Commadore 64), you might remember keyboards having quite a tilt to them. The infamous IBM Model M had a faceplate with a 10.9 inch radius that enhanced the way the keys tilted towards your fingers. Modern keyboards, especially hobby level keyboards just fail to do this tilt justice. I like my function rows to sit much higher than the row of keys containing my space bar. Sadly, if your keyboard doesn’t have adjustable feet, as a few of my keyboards don’t, you’re pretty much stuck with the angle of whatever riser you can get your hands on. The other issue, as some have mentioned, is this riser relies on a lip to keep the keyboard in place. The lip is about an inch tall. That might create some problems or discomfort if you’re using a flat keyboard. Other than that, it’s your basic, clear acrylic. Given the case for the keyboard I use with it is about an inch thick in the z axis I have had no issues. Honestly, I sometimes forget it’s there – which is exactly what you should expect from a product like this.

There’s nothing too fancy about this. It’s a nice keyboard stand and I like that it comes in a 2 pack although I don’t actually need two. It is on the small side though and my logi tech keyboard is quite a bit larger but it still gets the job done.
