Each weekend will include review of the Five Element theory in relation to the elements. There will also be time for practice treatments on each other. A range of self development exercises will be covered each weekend. These will include Makko-ho stretches, Do-In exercises, breathing and meditation exercises plus any exercises individual teachers may include. Course Curriculum Duration: 22 days over eleven weekends (one weekend per month) Please note that you must complete the Advanced Level (Year Two Certificate) before you commence this course.
