Diploma Level (Year 3)


Each weekend will include review of the Five Element theory in relation to the elements.
There will also be time for practice treatments on each other.
A range of self development exercises will be covered each weekend. These will include Makko-ho stretches, Do-In exercises, breathing and meditation exercises plus any exercises individual teachers may include.
Course Curriculum
Duration: 22 days over eleven weekends (one weekend per month) Please note that you must complete the Advanced Level (Year Two Certificate) before you commence this course.
Fee: £1000


The course will run subject to numbers. Refreshments are provided during the day but please make your own arrangements for lunch.


WEEKEND 1
Practical Skills: Supervised clinic • Case study treatments• Developing practice techniques
Theory: Practice management module• Discussion of assignment requirements •Pathology of respiratory system and endocrine system • Application of Zen diagnosis to theory


WEEKEND 2
Practical Skills: To be confirmed with Annette, will include supervised clinic
Theory: To be confirmed with Annette, will include pathology of the digestive system


WEEKEND 3
Practical Skills: • To be confirmed with Annette, will include supervised clinic
Theory: To be confirmed with Annette, will include pathology of the cardiovascular system


WEEKEND 4
Practical Skills: Supervised clinic• case history treatments• Develop treatment techniques
Theory: Ethics module • Pathology of the lymphatic system and muscular\skeletal system• Application of Zen diagnosis to theory


WEEKEND 5
Practical Skills: • To be confirmed with Annette will include supervised clinic
Theory:  Pathology of urinary system and integumentary system


WEEKEND 6
Practical Skills: Supervised clinic• Case history treatments• Develop treatment techniques • Application of Kyo\jitsu in treatments •
Theory: Food Energetics, recommendations • Pathology of the nervous system, ear and eye


WEEKEND 7
Practical Skills: Supervised clinic• Practice treatments• Develop treatment techniques • Case history treatment •
Theory:  Pathology of reproductive system • Zen theory\application to diagnosis

Practical Skills: Seated shiatsu course
